“As we are taking over full responsibility of the revenue targets agreed with the Hotel Management it is my duty to assure through our extensive controlling tools that revenue pickup is on track to match the agreed revenue targets. Revenue controlling is an ongoing task and whenever a hotel should not be on track any more due to changing conditions it is my duty to identify the reasons and to adapt the sales strategy immediately.
